- EARTHQUAKE CHRISTCHURCH 2010 -
Since the series of very nasty earthquakes in Canterbury, there has been some concern that our Christchurch show, this coming weekend (Friday 10th - Sunday 12th September) may be cancelled due to damage to the venue. We are pleased to announce that Addington Raceway is in good shape. Such good shape, that it was used as a safe house for those who did not wish to stay in their own home on Saturday night. So the show is ON!
There has been considerable damage to Christchurch, but it is limited mainly to the old lime mortar brick constructions, with many chimneys down, but most of Christchurch is returning to normal, and the show will go on. So we'll see you there.
